Mrs. Diaz-Padron has tried many non-jury (bench) and jury cases involving premises liability, personal injury, and contractual issues throughout South Florida since the beginning of her career. These trials have included slip/trip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, property damages, workmanship issues, and insurance contract disputes. Her practice also includes Family Law matters.
Mrs. Diaz-Padron is a fierce advocate for the March of Dimes cause to help fund research to find the causes of premature birth and support families with premature children in neo-natal intensive care units. Mrs. Diaz-Padron participated as a Member of Project: New Born of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, a non-profit philanthropic organization, for the purpose of raising funds for the maintenance and support its neo-natal Intensive Care Unit.
